Use of this website
This site is provided to give you information about Bohemian Bar & Restaurant, including our menu, entertainment schedule, and to let you request a table reservation or a private event quotation. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.
Reservations
Table reservations are made through OpenTable, an independent third-party booking platform. Your reservation is subject to OpenTable's own terms of use, and to our restaurant's standard reservation policies (such as holding times and party size limits) as communicated to you at the time of booking. We are not responsible for outages or errors on OpenTable's platform.
Private event inquiries
Submitting the Private Events inquiry form is a request for a quotation, not a confirmed booking. A private event is only confirmed once we've agreed on the details, provided a quotation, and you've accepted it in writing (including any deposit or cancellation terms specific to your event). We aim to respond to every inquiry, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Intellectual property
The content on this site (text, photos, and the Bohemian name and logo) belongs to Bohemian Bar & Restaurant or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written consent.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party services (OpenTable, Google Maps, YouTube, our social media pages). We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those external sites.
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Bohemian Bar & Restaurant is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
