Our Story
Like nomads who travel from place to place in search of fresh pasture, the Nataf family - father Victor and sons David and Gregory - have always followed their nose for good food.
Growing up in the South of France, they discovered a love for exceptional food and hospitality through their grandparents and the family’s restaurants in the French Alps and on the beautiful island of Porquerolles near Saint-Tropez.
To the Natafs, food is a bohemian experience: unconventional, eclectic and off the beaten track.

The Simple Charm of “À la Française”
You come with family and friends and, before you know it, you are eating, drinking and laughing together with people you have never met before.
These shared rituals of food and conversation harken back to the Mediterranean tradition of communal dining, where food brought people together and energized social life. This spirit of openness and togetherness is at the heart of Bohemian.
Opened in the fall of 2018, Bohemian grew organically from the Nataf family’s French Mediterranean roots, international travels, passion for fashion and design, innate sense of style, and love of food.
Bohemian has been aptly described as a boho-chic destination: romantic, charming and carefree, offering guests an experience that feels timeless.
David Nataf recalls:
“When you pass through our carved wooden entry doors, you find yourself in a secret garden... a delightful world far from the busy commercial strip of Palm Beach. I can see the amazement in the eyes of our guests who are immediately blown away as they enter our secret garden.”
Bohemian combines a rustic yet sophisticated atmosphere with an intercultural experience inspired by diverse influences from around the world.
Servers in suspenders and berets seem to have stepped out of another era, while diners are serenaded by violinists and musicians. Music fills the air, ranging from gypsy and flamenco sounds to classical and contemporary melodies.
The owner’s personality and attention to detail, the starry night sky, twinkling lights and candles, tropical plants and trees, and intimate seating all come together to create a truly unique atmosphere.
A Culinary Journey
The food is every bit as unique and diverse as the ambiance, bringing together French, Spanish and Mediterranean influences with international touches.
Guests can discover something new and unexpected, such as marinated grilled octopus, steak tartare or veal carpaccio. Those who love the classics can enjoy six escargots à la bourguignonne, foie gras, French onion soup or the traditional Raclette, available every Monday.
For something more hearty, the famous braised beef short ribs and La Paella de Camargue are longtime favorites.
Asian influences make their way onto the menu with dishes such as pork belly in a bao bun and Wagyu beef carpaccio. Spicy Moroccan mahi-mahi kebab, moules marinières, Bouillabaisse-style fish and seafood soup, Gambas au Cognac and the fresh catch of the day reflect Bohemian’s diverse approach to seafood.
Other favorites include sea bass reminiscent of a summer day at a seaside trattoria in Capri, braised lamb shank, Coq au vin, ginger and honey duck magret, free-range lamb chops and top-quality cuts of steak.
And then there is dessert.
Moelleux au chocolat, crème brûlée and profiteroles with warm chocolate sauce provide the perfect finale to the evening.
A cocktail at the bar before dinner, a nightcap afterwards, or a perfectly paired wine from the international wine list completes the experience.
